The Content Houses of TikTok
The biggest stars of TikTok band together in some of the most luxurious homes in LA to create content for TikTok, Youtube, Instagram, and other online platforms. These huge homes they live in are known as ‘content houses’ or ‘collaboration houses,’ and they serve as backdrops for viral videos and allow them to collaborate on videos and promote each other’s platforms and personal brands. These mansions are mostly high end rentals priced at tens of thousands of dollars each month or they’re owned by talent agents and managers who handle the groups’ business dealings. The most famous content houses are The Hype House, The Sway House, and Clubhouse BH.

The Mediterranean style mansion has 10 bedrooms, three fireplaces, two wet bars, a gym, two private courtyards, a pool, and several balconies. During their first two months in the house, more than 1,000 TikToks were recorded in the huge master bathroom because of its great lighting.
