Maintaining a good skincare routine is probably the most important thing when prepping for a shoot. It sets you up for success in terms of self-confidence, makeup application and post production.
Here are our top tips for the night before your photoshoot:
1.Make sure you HYDRATE- drinking a lot of water is the best way to keep your skin healthy and glowing.
2.Remove any makeup you may have on with a fragrance free makeup wipe.
3.Wash your face with your cleanser of choice.
4.Wash your face with your exfoliator of choice and rinse well.
5.Scrub your lips with a lip scrub, either with your fingers or a tooth brush.
6.Rinse your face with warm water.
7.Apply your favorite serum (optional).
8.Apply your favorite lip balm.
9.Massage your favorite moisturizer into you face and make sure you don’t forget your neck!
Here are our top tips for the morning of your photoshoot:
1.Wash your face with the same cleanser you used the night before.
2.Apply 2 cold spoons (fresh out of the freezer) to any part of your face where you feel puffy (most people do it under their eyes).
3.Massage a daytime moisturizer into your face.
